As a matter of fact the 7th through 11th highest rates come from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine respectively. All eastern European. The lowest rates are from Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This is probably because of the draconian punishments they have for murder. The Netherlands, Denmark, New Zealand, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Switzerland all have low murder rates. Oslo's crime is now more than 4 times as high as New York Cities and the police say it's because of Eastern European immigrants. Why do Eastern Europeans have such a high murder rate?

Right. Qatar and Saudi Arabia have the lowest crimes in the world despite having plenty of Blacks in their nations, but when you have draconian punishments like cutting off the hands for stealing and beheading for murder these things don't happen. They aren't lying about it either their crime rate really is the lowest.

Don't forget my favorite, the stupid expression they give the media. As if they're saying: I didn't anything wrong. The cops planted the drugs, or the money from the bank fell into my pocket. I love it, I wish there were awards for the stupidest look given by a shvug.
