My father is on a mailing list with several friends. He just forwarded this to me:

From this information it seems that Joe Biden is a thief without any sense of debt. He stiffs the people he owes money. I believe this is shocking news. I have not investigated it but if it is true it is very revealing of the lack of morals of the VP candidate.
