Hey Guys: I just got a job in Newark, NJ. It works best for me to move to Staten Island. Basically, I'm 26, single (which I want to change) and I want to learn to be Modern Orthodox. I heard that Willowbrook is good and New? Springville is as well. Is there any area that I am oblivious to? Thanks guys. Any ?'s please ask.

What part of Newark?

What part of Newark?
Right by South Orange and Irvington. This would only be 30-40 minutes to drive.

A librarian position. I know about Irvington, I just didn't want to hear it. ;)
It MUST be Staten Island. I can't afford Manhattan, but I want access to Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn (these 3 are too far to live). To help my brother if needed and also for my social situation.

I appreciate it, but for some reason, I must be in the city to help with family problems if they should arise.

Why not just move to NJ? Like West Orange where there is a lot of affordable housing? And you ahve plenty of access to NYC by train...and not as far away from Newark.
