It seems as if Smolmert's new appointee is fighting the Bolshevik system. He seems to be for the court system how Bibi is for finance. What are your thoughts on this? Is this a good person or was he just a NWO appointee like Stanley Fischer was appointed to The Bank of Israel? Fischer was praised as an oleh but he didn't make aliyah until he came to office. He is the Council On Foreign Relations agent that used the fact that he is a Jew so he could "make aliyah" just so he could become Governor of The Bank of Israel.

Newly-Appointed Justice Minister Lays Out His Vision

Newly appointed Justice Minister Prof. Daniel Friedmann laid out his plans for reforming the Israeli judiciary and state bureaucracy.
In a speech on Sunday evening, Prof. Friedmann explained to reporters his intentions to use the position given him to promote reforms in both the court system and governmental bureaucracy. The goal is to ease the encounter between citizen and state.
Among other ideas, Friedmann plans to promote a new municipalities law, and a law "for fighting bureaucracy."
"I have some general thoughts that need to be examined," Friedmann said. "For instance, in certain situations, if an answer is not given in time by the governmental authority, it [could] be considered to be an affirmative answer."
In addition, Friedmann said that he intends to promote new laws determining the rights of immigrants from the CIS and other minority groups. Saying that the proposed laws will promote "human rights," Friedmann intends to coordinate the reforms with the Ministry of the Interior.
Minister Friedmann also intends to push forward reforms in the court system, particularly in strengthening the nation's lower courts. "These courts bear most of the burden of service to the citizen," Friedmann explained. "These courts are under an almost unbearable caseload, and I will do all I can to strengthen them."
To that end, Friedmann revealed, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has promised to enable the creation of additional positions for judges whose sole job will be to preside over cases involving organized crime and other serious offenses. Olmert also offered his support for appointing specialized prosecutors for such cases. During the pilot phase of the new system, a panel of judges will hold sessions on these cases on a daily basis, in order to complete them as quickly as possible.
Regarding sentencing, Minister Friedmann is of the opinion that the courts behave in too random a fashion. To address this issue, Friedmann will advance a bill, first introduced by Minister Tzipi Livni, that sets sentencing criteria for the courts. Friedmann said, "Judges would retain their decision-making prerogative, but there will be guidelines from which to start." The minister said he thinks it is important to differentiate between a "professional criminal" and one who is convicted for the first time and "deserves a second chance."
On Monday, Minister Friedmann will meet Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch for the first time since taking office. The two are considered to be bitter rivals, with Friedmann having published scathing articles against Beinisch as recently as this month.
Last week, Minister Friedmann named retired Judge Boaz Okon to be the director of the Justice Ministry. Okon is also considered a strong rival of Chief Justice Beinisch, who demanded that Okon be removed from his post as Courts Administrator when she took office several months ago. While then-Minister of Justice Chaim Ramon refused to comply with Beinisch's directive, Okon went on to retire of his own accord.
Many in the legal community expect Friedmann and Okon to try and curtail the Supreme Court's authority through legislation.
Prof. Friedmann, a political outsider, is a winner of the Israel Prize, an expert in civil law, and an opponent of the judicial activism promoted by former Supreme Court Justice Aharon Barak.

What would Israeli paper money look like under Kahanist leadership? Who would be on the bills? Which bill would have Rabbi Kahane on it? Would the denominations printed in paper as opposed to coins change? The coins have designs from ancient Jewish coins on them so they wouldn't have to be changed. They don't have people on them because it would constitute having a graven image. Who would be on the money besides The Rav?

Friedman planned to write a second book, he first called up Chaim Ben Pesach, who was at the time the JDL national chairman to brag about the lies he was going to print, during the phone call he admitted he knew what he had written wasnt true, but since it was all quotes he had broken no laws. Chaim had Friedman followed and got pictures of Friedman in a homosexual relationship, that is why Friedman never printed his second book. I have been interested in reading the Talmud for the same reasons you stated last week that you read the christian scriptures. Can you recommend a specific edition? Secondly, did you ever like any of the 1970's bands that mixed rock and classical music like Genesis, Yes, King Crimson or Emerson Lake and Palmer? Also while I was in Yeshiva in Israel my personal Rebbe who had been a Talmud of the Rav in the Rav's Yeshiva, told me about a event which seems to contradict what you said about Rabbi Kahane's zt'l attitude to Christians. Rabbi Cohen told me that Rabbi Kahane zt'l sent him and a group of others on a mission where they desecrated a Russian Orthodox Church in retaliation for the desecration for the Moscow synagoge.

I remember watching you for the first time in Manhattan when you program was on the MNN and being turned on to the ideology of the movement. A few years after it was taken off the network, i became disenfrancised due to what I viewed as extremist in my eyes. After the 2006 Lebanon War, I came across a video of Meir Kahane at a Press Club on CSPAN. Chaim, his prophecy opened up my eyes and I'm back to learning more about Judiaism from your movement..and I appreciate the education and the service you are doing. I know i won't agree on a lot of things with you..but I'm learning good basic information and I greatly appreciate your love for humanity, Jews/Israelis and what you have done to defend us and fight for us. Gd bless you and hopefully you'll find a wonderful wife to love and have children with her very soon.
Here are my two questions:
1. I seem to recall that the rabbis ruled that if a christian were to force a jew to convert to christianity with the sword, the Jew shoudl take the sword, but if it were Islam, he/she is permitted to convert rather than take the sword. The reason for this was the monotheistic nature of Islam versus the the polytheistic nature of Christianity. Looking at today's world, we see how Islam is quite perverse against us, but not as much with the righteous Christians. Christians in general aren't our enemies today (so we don't have to worry as much about it), but it seems that the majority of Muslims are a threat. If this were to happen to any Jew today (for example a POW), Gd forbid(!), should he/she be a martyr? Or convert right away to save his/her life?
2. Here's a tough one: What should a Muslim do to become a righteous gentile? (and he/she has to remain a muslim).

Pakistan also has nuclear weapons. Therefore even if America and/or Israel manage to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities other muslim countries could still get nuclear weapons from Pakistan. The Pakistani air force website claims that during the Israeli-Arab wars Pakistani air force pilots downed 10 Israeli air force planes. So it very likely that Pakistan could give nuclear weapons to Syria, Jordan or Egypt in the event of another major war! What is your opinion?

Dear Chaim, Last week somebody asked if we could build the Temple on pillars over the Dome of the rock. Besides being a little crazy, this idea simply assumes that the kodesh hakodashim is under the dome of the rock.
This may not be true.
The are three halachic opinions about what that rock is.
1. The Rock under the dome is the even hashtia
2. That rock is the remnants of the altar
3. That rock is the remains of migdal antonia, a maccabee fortress that was later turned into a roman fortress.
The third opinion holds that the kodesh hakodashim is in the area between the dome and al aksa right behind the kotel.
I learned this from an interesting hebrew sefer called beit hamikdash hashlishi by rav shalom dov sheinberg. Have you read it? It's fascinating.
Either way, those mosques must be destroyed. Read Ezekiel 42:16-20. It says that the empty area around the Temple must be 3000 amot by 3000 amot. This would encompass both mosques and alot more of that area as well.
I read on templeinstitute.org that this issue has been put before the Sanhedrin and a ruling has not yet been reached.
It seems to me that according to the Mishna the third opinion makes the most sense. Because there was only 11 amot between the kotel hamaaravi and the holy of holies.
Even a liberal estimate of the thickness of the walls would make the area 31 amot long. But between the kotel and the dome of the rock is 104 meters!!!! More then 200 amot!!!!!
There are more proofs but I've written too much already. Please tell me what you think about what I've learned. Thanks Chaim. You're the best.

I would very much like to hear you challenge Dr. Savage openly to debate this since he is a self acknowledged "master of debate" and a self proclaimed "genius". Just a comment for you this week. There is a book entitled "The Pink Swastika" Homosexuality in the Nazi Party which offers the highly controversial thesis that homosexuality within German society contributed to the extreme militarism of Nazi Germany. It was published in 1998 so I was wondering if you heard of it.

The book is available to read online and I took the time to read several passages. What I found most interesting was that the 'butch,' masculine Nazis did not even consider their activities to be homosexual in nature. This is a common theme in paganism. Instead, when the Nazis faced pressure from other fascist regimes to repress homosexuals, they did send the 'fem' homosexuals to the camps, but only as a windrow dressing for their own activities.
For JTF'ers, this is useful information for when people try to remind you that homosexuals also suffered in the concentration camps. Do not minimize the suffering of the fem homosexuals; rather, emphasize the homosexual activities of the Nazis themselves.
The books has two authors. One is Jewish. I will invite them to guest host with you.

You see in news us Serbs were made to look like killers...i'm not here to lie and say we did not have an equal part in many things but if you look at eastern euro history you will know that we were not these bad people that the world has come to think of us....the count of bosnian muslims were out of the roof when the UN stats come out for the public...you see what people don't know is that these bosnians were bringing mullah's and soilders over from the middlest to fight in this war....my brother in law is from a mixxed marrage and his father was skinned alive then his mother was gang raped by these muslim holy men....we still till this day have not found his body because serbian and croation leaders found out that these bosnians were buying/taking these bodies and telling the UN that they were the dead bosnians so when the stats came out it made it seem like many more bosnians were killed than anyone else...we believe my brother in law's father were among those dead....I recently made a trip to bosnia because we have friend there and i was shocked at what i saw....sarajevo is taken over by these muslims and turned into another city...THIS IS NOT HOW IT WAS BEFORE....to see a woman covered in a hajab in bosnia is crazy....i felt like i was walking in a arabic city....and what was even worse is they banned the sale of any pork...they will one day take bosnia over like they did to Kosovo....where i live there is a mini mart and i walked in one day and noticed pictures of men that look like my Orthodox priests and i asked the man where he was from and he said he was Jewish but his wife was a orthodox christian from palestein...we started talking and thats when i decided to learn more about the jews and their views....what shocked me about what this man said is that the arabs sold the jews their land fairly and now they start wars becuse they want it back....i don't know how rue this all is but i want to know...please feel free to respond and share your views with me....thank you for your time...Julija Stojakovic...

I recently heard Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch speak on C-SPAN. He was saying how we need to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities, get out of Iraq, and create a program on the level of the Manhattan Project to find alternatives to fossil fuels. It was as though he was reading right off the web pages of JTF.
I've heard others saying the same thing and was wondering if they're being influenced by JTF. Do you know how many prominent Jews or Gentiles are reading the JTF website? Would be curious to know.

For my next video, I want to express my outrage about what the black leadership in this country is doing against the five officers in the Sean Bell shooting. I want to compare blacks who have long criminal records, deal drugs, cheat on their partners with prostitutes(that they rape anyway), and ram police cars while intoxicated to blacks that the black community should be supporting instead. The few who achieve and are ones to be looked up to. In particular I'm thinking about those who serve in the military and police force. Without knowing all the details, I have reason to suspect the black officer who fired the first shot in this case was a hero. The flip side to this thought is that most blacks in the military and police force are not heroes like this. Could I generically show blacks in the military and police force as heroes even though most of them are incompetent affirmative action morons.
What can you say about the left wing claim that most of the homeless bums are that way because they are Vietnam vets and the war did it to them. From what I see, most of them don't look like they types that would have served in Vietnam. What can you say about the ones that really were in the war, at least some of them are still bums?

Just curious as to what form of government would be instituted in Israel under the Kahanists? Would it be based on the United States form of a representative republic, or would it be a socialist form? It would appear to me that ultimately it should be modeled on how the USA was founded, with a similar constitution and government structure. Through the riteous gentiles, Hashem formed the USA based on godly principles. Would there be one state, or several; would there be a separation of powers, or one leader (dictator?). When you refer to "the Kahanists coming to power" or "when the Kahanists take over" it would appear that you would want complete control (dictatorial control, power concentrated, no checks and balances). Can you please present some details on the form of government the Kahanists would implement, and how that would be accomplished.

Even though they were probably copied from other scriptures and evilly manipulated. Doesn't it mean that we should partially respect the Quran because otherwise it would be degrading to the truths within it. The spreading of the Quran and Bible has allowed the few truths to at least spread even if represented in the wrong way. What did you make of the stories and the Quran in general?

Sarah, I'm not Chaim, but I can tell you that the Koran is a phony book that plagiarizes parts of the Judeo-Christian Bible and does NOT really validate them. Do remember that Islam is the pagan religion of the Canaanites (Allah is an adaptation of the moon g od Sin) that Mohammed modified just enough to appeal to ignorant Jews and Christians with a poor understanding of their own scriptures.

1) Completely disagree with you on your take of pet ownership. Always had dogs, have dogs now, don't see myself without them in the future - a bundle of joy. Besides, people owning dogs/pets live, on average, 8 years longer than the one who don't ;)
BTW, historically, in Israel, Jews lived with the domesticated animals under the same roof, it was quite practical for the common folk - provided shelter, security, warmth(in winter months), safer pregnancies(for animals), etc. Look into it.
2) On a serious note, a serious question: What kind of people are we? (Jews)

On the subject of pets: they do indeed cause uncleanness. That's why I like seeing them at my mother's house but I don't keep any myself. Sometimes a cat gets diarrhoea and then goes and sits on the dining room table or on the bed sheets. It is an abomination. I adore cats but I am can live without all the hassles that come with owning one.

I've also heard you mentioning on Take back America that the world opposes Israel. I think quite the contrary. Below what appears to be hate is the longing and desire for the Islamic world to be abolished. Since Israel is the only nation successfully doing so, they support it secretly. They are however too friggin scared to express their hate for Islam and Muslims and would rather much back away and give them what they want. Its messed up.

Chaim: I remember that you said once that you and Rabbi Kahane despised holocaust memorial museums. Why? How well read are you on the holocaust? Do you watch the documentaries like those on PBS and The History Channel? Not withstanding Schindler's List, what do you think of movies portraying the holocaust such as Diary of Anne Frank, The Attic, Holocaust, Escape From Sobibor, Shoah, Playing For Time, etc. What do you think of poking light hearted fun at the holocaust and Nazis such as The Producers, Stalag 17 and Hogan's Heroes? Does it trivialize a very serious situation?

Hope you had a great week and all is well. 2 quick ones. I was wondering what beverages you consume in keeping with your healthy lifestyle? I try to drink mainly water, but sometimes become bored with it. I drink fruit juice on occasion but try to stay away from too much because of the sugar and calories. I was wondering if you think it is okay to drink diet soda or waters flavored with artificial sweetners like Splenda. Do you think these are harmful?
Also, if you have time, I know you have mentioned that Jesse Helms helped you obtain Kosher food while in prison. Did you encounter any other righteous people during the time your were away for fighting for Soviet Jewry? Thanks for taking the time to answer all our questions as always. A: the top 5 most important books in Judaism and
B: the order I should read them in?
C: Name of best publishing company (where I won't find any left wing influence in the writing or commentary)
As much detail as you can give on what books to read would be appreciated.
I see lots of books at the bookstore, and am not quite sure what are the best ones to be reading.

First question: You say that Bible believing Christians and good Jews will and do produce intelligent, creative, inovative people (which I fully believe as well), but what about the atheist creative people (both of Jewish and Christian desent), how do they become creative? George Soros for instance said his parents weren't religious at all, and has said some extremely vile things about G-d and the Bible, and he is considered a great financial (evil) genius. Is it a reenforcement for evil people in the fight between good and evil, or are some people just born smart regardless of religious background?
The first question relates to my next question : When is a person of Jewish desent no longer Jewish? What draws the line between a self-hating Jew, and a person that is no longer Jewish. I ask this because you mention the "spiritual holocaust" in Russia, at what point do you consider those Jews no longer Jewish?

I must take exception with what you said last week about how you think that Jews should not own pets. I couldn't disagree more and think that this is an absolutely preposterous statement. I am the proud owner of two cats and they are truly the joy of my life! There is nothing I wouldn't do for them and there is no way I would let anything or anyone take them away from me. Pets provide companionship and unconditional love. They also provide many health benefits like decreasing stress and depression and lowering blood pressure. I certainly can't comprehend how you can make this a Jewish issue and state that Jews shouldn't own any pets. I also think it's even more absurd when you state that dogs love Jews and hate Arabs. The great thing about pets is that they don't discriminate among religion, race, ethnicity, or culture. Pets provide unconditional love to their owners regardless of any of this. It's ridiculous to think that we can take the prejudices that we possess and project them onto pets who do not and cannot harbor prejudices against anyone according to race, religion, or culture. This is not a Jewish issue and nobody has the right to tell anyone that they shouldn't own pets. With all due respect, I expect better from you.
