there have been some AMAZING british documentaries about israel..

just interviewing people involved..

one of them had arafat's cameraman talking about how arafat used to spent time making his turban into the shape of "palestine".

(this was a sign of his, to show how he remembers he wants the lot)

One of them they interviewed shimon peres, he spoke plainly about how he tricked Ben Gurion telling him their aeroplane was broken, so that they couldn't leave, so he'd have to stay and negotiate.

I heard a british soldier from 1948 speak about how they faught with the arabs (against jews), "protecting" jerusalem.
(I had read in a copy of the jewish chronicle from 1948, that the british armed and officered the arabs)

I saw a documentary  where they talked about cabinet meetings where they discussed killing yassir arafat.   They were going to do it.. under Sharon.  And Shimon Peres said "we don't want another jesus".  That was it. On those words they firmly decided against it!!!

These things are largely interviews rather than bias reporting.

I've watched about 10 minutes so far and it seems rather biased and in favor of Arabs so far.

I haven't seen this one.. But bias or not, the interviews in these documentaries are often  interesting and entertaining  (well, compared to anything else on TV!)

I tend not to download long programs to my computer.. But good ones can make good TV.
I wouldn't watch a long thing just for a few interesting things. Not on my computer anyway. On TV, yes. It's a different mindset.  TV i'm relaxing.

But programs about israel are generally depressing.. and it's only a documentary style program.
(i'm guessing this is a documentary style program)
