Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: "No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States."
There are numerous questions as to Obama's citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of "vault" (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

Something seems a little fishy here. First, Barack Obama says he is rushing home to Hawaii to his critically ill grandmother. It takes him three days to “rush” to her side. He arrives early Friday morning to spend an hour with her. Friday evening, U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick tosses out a lawsuit brought by Philip J. Berg claiming Obama was born in Africa. Now the governor of Hawaii seals Obama’s birth records. If there is nothing to hide and he was actually born in Hawaii, why seal the records? There is too much cover up here. It seems it is okay to check out all the other candidates but not Obama. By sealing his birth records, that seems to me an admission they are hiding the truth. He should have to prove he was born in the United States because it is a requirement for running for the president of the United States.
Why does Obama get special treatment? There has been so much covered up and the biased liberal media will not check into or reveal anything about his past. There has never been an election like this where the media is basically one sided for one candidate to the exclusion of the other. You’d think people would be a little concerned about this. I know I am.

He was a dual citizen of Kenya and Indonesia.
Why would Indonesia issue a passport to a US citizen, and how would a US citizen travel to Pakistan in 1981 when travel there was banned? How does a US citizen - with dual citizenship with Indonesia - affirm his US citizenship upon turning 21 and have no documents? Plot by the KGB?

good. go look at that thread. i know not ev1 likes Dick Morris, but his article is important. he helped found this group and he is not a republican. he saw a need for the republican party to get back to its conservative roots. this is group is only a few weeks old. who are we supposed to go to, to say NO!!! to these bailouts. i just told them what i think. Cyberella, you need to give them all your info/research and see what they can do. in the meantime, Michael Steele and Newt Gingrich, are probably going to be the head of the RNC. they will battle it out. i read it on Michelle Malkin's site and Newt eluded to this to Sean Hannity this morning. Newt has disappeared for a week, a long time for him. He must be planning to get into a battle with Michael Steele.

Ann Coulter is crazy. I would be careful of her. I don't think she's a true republican. i have heard her rant and she doesn't sound like she's got her head screwed on right.
I just don't think any one of us can singlehandedly take on huge issues by ourselves. Cyberella needs some people who are powerful to help back her.

I think Ann Coulter is a conservative.
She's just 'over the top', says outrageous things for 'show business' aspect. That's why she's so popular.

(For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.
She did not live in the US for 5 years after the age of 14 before he was born. If he was born overseas, not only would he not have "natural born" citizenship, he would not have US citizenship.

With all due respect AsheDina, I have to disagree with your list of traitors.
I think Hannity and Rush did all they could and still keep their job.
Especially Hannity. He fought Obama hard daily on his radio show and on his TV show. Hannity kept hitting Obama with Wright until the other networks were forced to give it some air time.
Lay the blame where it belongs; squarely on the shoulders of John McCain.
He was so crippled by PC and wanting to go down in history as an 'honorable' candidate that he lost the campaign. It's his fault and nobody else's. He refused to expose Obama.
Instead of hitting him from day one on Wright, Ayers, Frank Davis, ACORN, Obama being an accessory to mass murder by going to Kenya to campaign for the mass murderer Odinga, Obama being an associate of radical Muslims and terrorists and many other issues, he just rolled over (or bent over, I should say) and took the abuse heaped on himself and on Palin.
The MSM knew this. That's why they crammed McCain down our throats as the Republican candidate to go with.
Now, thanks to McCain, we have a Muslim/Marxist in the White House.
But his precious 'honorable man' reputation is preserved. He didn't make the Democrats mad, he didn't offend the precious Messiah.
He can go back to the senate and carry on like nothing ever happened, 'reaching across the isle'.
And even more astonishing, McCain/Republican party refuse to investigate Obama's illegal contributions from our enemies overseas, documented massive voter fraud by ACORN, and Obama's spending millions on lawyers to keep his true birth certificate from being exposed to the public.
This is all so surreal, it leads one to think it was all a conspiracy.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES - CLERK'S OFFICE CONTINUES SABOTAGE OF NJ CITIZEN STAY APPLICATION FOR 08 ELECTION - YOUR HELP IS REQUESTED
Dear Citizens of the United States of America,
I need your help and the US needs your help.
My case, LEO C. DONOFRIO v. NINA MITCHELL WELLS, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY - US Supreme Court Docket # 08A407 - continues to be subjected to misconduct by the US Supreme Court Clerk's office, particularly by Mr. Danny Bickell, the Stay Clerk.
For a full review of the Judicial treachery in this case, please review the entire UNORTHODOX PROCEDURAL HISTORY of the case.
It has come to my attention today that the US Supreme Court's Stay Clerk, Mr. Danny Bickell, has continued to list this case incorrectly thereby preventing it from ever crossing the desk of Justice Clarence Thomas.
The Docket of the case fails to mention that the case went directly from the Appellate Division in New Jersey to the New Jersey Supreme Court which is the nexus that allows the case to be properly before the US Supreme Court. The Clerk's office appears to be doing everything possible to see that this case never gets to the desk of Justice Clarence Thomas or any of the other Supreme Court Justices.
I have an order handed down from the New Jersey Supreme Court which makes reference to the Appellate Division case as well, but the US Supreme Court Clerk's office refuses to acknowledge the NJ Supreme Court's review and it is that review which allows my case to go before the US Supreme Court. The Appellate Division case avoided the Constitutional issue, but the NJ Supreme Court decision raised the Constitutional issue when it specifically said in its order of denial that it had relied on "movant's papers" while at the same time it made no mention of Judge Sabatino's Appellate Division order and opinion.
The NJ Supreme Court specifically relied upon "movant's papers" in their order denying emergency relief and "movants papers" focused on the "natural born citizen" issue.
Here is the decision of the Honorable Justice Virginia A. Long:
"This matter having come before the court on an application for emergent relief pursuant to Rule 2:9-8, and the undersigned having reviewed the movant's papers and the papers filed by the defendant in the Superior Court, Appellate Division, it is hereby Ordered that the application for emergent relief is denied."
The US Supreme Court Docket fails to mention the NJ Supreme Court decision and that is completely wrong and improper. This case continues to be subjected to Judicial/Clerical misconduct and it's time that US Citizens, be they Democrat, Republican or 3rd party affiliated, stand up and order that the Clerk's office of the highest Court in the land STOP interfering in a case that is rightly before the US Supreme Court.
This is unprecedented in that the Clerk's office at the SCOTUS appears to be injecting politics into the handling of paperwork properly before it. It will be a terrible blow to the separation of powers if Supreme Court review can be stopped by Clerks imposing their own political views on litigants who have properly followed legal procedure. Justice Clarence Thomas and the rest of the Supreme Court must receive direct mail letters (not e mail) bringing this case Docket # and the URL of my blog to their attention.
