I was just reading this article on kahane, written by a leftist.. It did mention this funny story that I hadn't heard before.

What a great man. I admire him soo much. My grandfather knows a lot about Meir Kahane, and the JDL. He was thrilled when I told him that there was an organization called JTF to carry on his superb and righteous ideology.
