Everybody, please know that although Chaim would love to answer every question, owing to time constraints he can only handle one brief one per poster per week. If you have more, please save it for next week's show. Thank you very much for understanding this.

Shalom Chaim,
What would you do to reform the monstrous prison-guard system? These sadists get paid 85k a year (because every politician kneels before their unions) to watch and cheer when smaller, weaker inmates are beaten and raped. I know you know a lot about these goons from your own experience. They use prison gangs like Nuestra Familia and Aryan Brotherhood to impose terror in the clink, and in some cases even allow gang leaders to make outside contact to order the hits they want. Also, the guards/deputies get rid of inmates they don't like by spreading rumors through the cells that they are snitches or child molestors. There were three very famous cases of that here in L.A. a couple of years back. The families of the murdered inmates get notes in the mail informing them that their loved ones have "committed suicide".
G-d bless, Chaimfan.

Greetings Chaim. Would you please tell a story about when you were in the JDL? I find that topic very interesting and I think that PeaceNow people are wrong to criticize you and those you worked with when the PeaceNow members and supporters don't do anything to help Jewish people themselves.

Shalom,
I recently had an experience that I was hoping that you could comment on.
While at work a group of young orthodox men came in to the building and asked directions to one of the offices, where they had an appointment. Although I was escorting one of the disabled seniors to ensure his safety, I did point them in the right direction. They them asked if I was Jewish, I replied that I am, and at once they all crowded around me asking if I wanted to lay Tefilan. I tried to explain that it was not a good time as I was quite busy helping the senior (who is visually impaired and needs a walker) Even after this explanation, they continued to follow me down the hall to get a commitment from me to Lay Tefilan with them latter. I finally had to tell them that they were putting this senior at risk for a fall and To please back off. I have also seen these same young men chasing people on the street to shake the Luluv around Sukkot etc.
While I understand and very much approve of the Mitzvah of assisting people whom are homebound etc and not able to attend Shul, It seems a perversion of the commandments to put someone at risk, or have people do something simply out of curiosity on the street.
Is there specific Jewish law that would apply to this situation?
Thank You.

Dear Chaim,
If and when you are allowed to return to Israel what would be one of the first things you would do ?
Thank you and G-D bless

Shalom Chaim,
Are there any Gentile kings, emperors or other leaders of the Middle Ages who you think were righteous men? It seems to me that virtually all of the nations of Europe were anti-Jewish in some way during the Middle Ages. Every single country seems to have expelled Jews, including England and France, or imposed sanctions on Jews such as prohibiting them from owning property. I am not aware of any Jews being persecuted in Ireland but I don't know if there were even any Jews there to begin with. Are there any of these countries who were fair to the Jews, or were they all basically evil in some way?

Dear Chaim, what might happen if Muslim Nazi Turkey were to join the EU? Would this mean even more Muslims flooding into Europe if that were ever to happen god forbid?

Shalom Chaim,
What do you think of the American Atheist movement? The American Atheist movement seems to be more of a very liberal anti-Christian movement more than anything else. Most of the American Atheists are Christian haters and Jew haters, they don't really bash Judaism because they're afraid they'd be called Anti-Semetic, even though most American Atheists are secret Jew-haters and want Israel to commit National Suicide, G-d forbid. They don't bash Islam because they're afraid of offending Muslims because it would be "too politically incorrect" even though they all worship Muslim Obama and burn incense to him, but the one religion they love to bash is Christianity and they say Islam, Christianity and Judaism are essentially the same fictitious fairy tales, yet most American Atheists are pro-Arab MuSSlim Nazi, pro-Fakistine and always support the Fakistinians and the Arab world over the righteous Jews, and have sympathy and pity for Islam. They constantly mention that the bible is nonsense and I've noticed this movement also likes to go and play the "all religions are bad" game and most view Islam just as bad as Christianity. They love to play that politically correct game, when in fact Christianity and Judaism are righteous peaceful religions and not evil, satanic, and cults like Islam, which they fail to address.
G-d Bless,

Dear Chaim,
In one of your recent videos, I heard you talk about how the media was avoiding at all costs describing the Mumbai terrorists as Islamists or muslims. We have a conflict of interest here, when the Islamic owned media fails to accurately report stories. This is nothing new, but I was wondering about a couple of other examples where this might have happened.
I've been seeing on the internet some claims that the Oklahoma City bombing was in fact a muslim terrorist attack--that McVeigh and Nichols were just front men for an Islamic terrorist operation. Do you have any opinions about this?
Also, I've heard that the Virginia tech murderer Seung-Hui Cho identified himself as a muslim and called himself Ismail Ax. Do you think that the Virginia tech massacre was a muslim terrorist attack?
I guess the big issue here is that the media is conspiring with the Islamic terrorists, by not reporting the Islamic element of these terrorist attacks. Do you see it this way?
Thanks Chaim,
Zachor_ve_kavod.

Most Israelis don't like war, but get very angry and upset when Muslim Nazi terrorists shoot rockets and missles and harm other Israelis. I can say with confidence that JTF/Kahanism answers and deals with these emotions very well: Never give in and show no mercy to those who wish to slay us first! Thank you, Chaim.

Dear Chaim,
What is your outlook on the economic picture in the United States for this new year 2009?
Are we still in the 7 years of famine phase?

Dear Hayim,
I noticed that in Israel each party has a slip of paper with one two or three letters representing the party. And you vote by putting that slip of paper in an envelope.
I saw that the likud's letters are Mem, Heth, Lamedh. Which means forgiveness.
Do you think they have these letters to apologize for Yamit, the Sinai Accords, The Wye agreement and Gush Katif? Or is it to remind you to ask forgiveness from G-d if you vote for them?

Dear Chaim.
What do you think of the stock market crash in 2008? Now that it's 2009 what should JTF do for this year? Should JTF also have a video tab so that members can post there own videos for those who don't have a YouTube account? See my poll for more infomation. What will you do this year? I now did a remake of the old How To Download Ask JTF videos so now they sound and voices in the video exclusively on YouTube. PS: Is it ok if I post the Ask JTF Topic from time to time to give C.F (Chaim Fan) a break once in while?

Jewish swindler-thief Bernard Madoff bankrupted the Elie "the Weasel" Foundation for "Subhumanity" of 15.1 million dollars and stole significant sums from Steven Spielberg, Mortimer Zuckerman, Eliot Spitzer and Jeffrey Katzenberg, yimach shmam vezichram. Is it possible that this was Hashem's plan, to strike back at these Hebraic vermin through Bernard Madoff in the only way that they care about- in their pocketbooks? Is Bernie Madoff a good guy? Did he perform a mitzvah?

Shalom rav Chaim,
Why did Barry Goldwater bid for presidency ended up as a huge defeat (He carried 6 states and won 38.5% of the votes)? Sympathy vote for the slain Kennedy is not a sufficient excuse in my opinion.

Hello Chaim I just heard in the last Ask JTF that your father taught public education the Italian language. My question is Besides speaking Hebrew and English do you speak any other language fluently? Thank and G-D bless

Hello Brother Chaim! I am home from this very long trip. But now I will be fighting the jet lag. What is the best way to defeat jet lag, cause now my days and my nights are reversed, but if I rest at the wrong time it is like my body still won't adjust itself.

Shalom Chaim, What is your opinion of AIPAC?

Shaloom Chaim. Glad to hear that your computer is starting to work again, I had trouble downloading mp3 from December 3rd Ask JTF. Glad shlomo is doing good work fixing everything.
Anyways I have a tough one for you. Is there any teachings about Noah after the flood and what happened to the ark? In high school 10 years ago i read a book about the end of the world and it mentioned that there were 10 different arks found, one in a mountain in Italy after an earthquake, another in a spanish silver mine in 16th century South America where miners pulled out wooden ship beams, and others in Alaska, Africa, and elsewhere. I also read that Noah was eaten by a giant bird that is worshiped in India as a G-d. Do you know anything about this?
PS: I just realized your birthday was a week ago, Allow me to extend my deepest and best wishes.

Shalom Chaim,
I hope I have not asked you this question yet. But, what are your thoughts on Professional (fake) wrestling? Do you find it as a legitimate form of entertainment or are you ignorant of it?
P.S.
I apologize for my absence, my posting and zootube programs will resume A.S.A.P.

You once mentioned that in the Cave of the Patriarchs the 4 patriarch couples are buried there:
- Adam and Eve
- Abraham and Sara
- Isaac and Rebekah
- Jacob and Leah
My question: Were their dead bodies embalmed or mummified? Have archaeologist found traces of it?
Kind regards

Shalom Dear Reb Chaim,
It’s been some time since I last asked a question here on Ask JTF. You recently answered a question with why so many blacks convert to ISSlam – why, in your view are so many Germans in particular – as a European group, converting to that evil, fascistic, perverted, insane, cruel, murderous, hateful, Nazi and anti-semitic cult/ideology?
Have I answered it? Is it because both the Germans and Muslims have Nazi inclinations to want to exterminate those that aren’t like them and take over the world?
The fact that Bosnian Muslims worked with Hitler’s Germany against the west and the Jews, so anti-western tendencies are deep in Germany. A ‘legitimate’ outlet seems ISSlam.
As we know Hitler loved ISSlam (wishing all Germans convert) and now his followers are converting to that sick cult and must be Hitler’s supporters, following his intentions. Both, the originators of the Holocaust and their allies hate Jews and now they seen hell bent on perpetrating another one, this time they want they already want to be Muslim Nazis, not just German Nazis, ymsh”vz. Both ISSlamic Nazism and German Nazism are fascistic, racist and supremacist. I presume that those who convert who not just ignorant, thoughtless and gullible, but active players with some knowledge and insight into ISSlam.
Is my analysis spot on and makes sense?
Thanks a lot Chaim,
Kol Tuv,
Shalom,Zev

Hello Chaim, on a past show you mentioned using taxes on foods to help people eat healthy.
My question is wheather this is your own idea or does Judaism teach that the government should be somewhat of a nanny state.
Secondly if you tax a cheeseburger at 100% and a salad at zero there is no true free choice to be made there.
PS it's great to see JTF is doing well. Shalom.

The Torah doesn't mention wearing a yamaka. Why do Jews wear it?
If it says in the Tanach that Jews should grow their hair long on the sides, why did you decide not to?

Dear Chaim,
greetings from the greatest city in the world, Yerushalayim. I am here visiting Mishpacha, staying with righteous Kahanist family members. My question this week deals with Israel:
What is your opinion of the Neturay Karta? Are they misguided, or evil? I recently read about an evil whore rabbi named "Yisrol Dovid Weiss", who went to Paris to put flowers on Arafat's (shem reshayim yirkav) grave. What a sick, demented pervert. Even his name is a perversion of beautiful hebrew - Yisrael David becomes the ghetto sounding "yisrol dovid"...the actions of this man sicken me.
When JTF takes power in Israel (please Hashem that it should be techef oo miyad!), how will your governement treat the Neturay Karta and other sick, satanic, Israel hating "Jews"? Does the fact that they are religious Jews present a conflict of interest for us here at JTF?
PS I apologize for the tardiness in sending the obama-prediction tape from 2004. When I return from Israel be'ezrat Hashem I will convert the tape to digital and put it online.

Dear Chaim,
I've seen and thoroughly enjoyed your videos for 25 years now (going back to Channel J in Manhattan!), and you've always used the name "Chaim Ben Pesach." But your enemies seem to like to use the name "Victor Vancier." So if it isn't too personal or rude to ask, what is your official legal name, and why do your bastardly critics like to use your non-Hebrew name so much?
Thanks!
Zan' [rhymes with "man"]

Shalom Chaim,
My question this week relates to the 80,000 Muslim Nazi Terrorists that were allowed into Israel following the horrific Oslo Agreement.
Where did most of these Muslim Nazi Terrorists come from? In other words, were they living in Judea, Samaria, Gaza, and/ or the Golan Heights and were invited to live in what's considered pre-1967 Israel? Or were they from one of many Muslim countries and then invited into Israel?
Thanks as always, eb22.

Shalom Chaim.
which party do you endorse for the 2009 elections in Eretz Israel,
now that Marzel's party dropped out of the race to benefit the "National Union" party?
-
Hey Chaim, I just got back from Israel after 4 months in yeshiva and in Jerusalem life was normal for the most part even with the whole Gaza situation. Do you expect the entire country to be under a physical threat due to the war, or do you think that whatever happens in Gaza will stay in Gaza?
-
Israel miraculously won 5 wars with arabs 48,56, 67, and 73, and 82 when one of Israel's goals is to liberate Jewish land. Since those wars Israel has run away from Hezbollah in Lebanon twice, and Hama/ PLO from Gaza. Do you think G-d helped Israel defeat the arabs for 5 wars bacause jews went out and captured land and Now, G-d, knowing the jews are going to give up land for peace, has made Israel run away from its enemies and continue the state of warfare Israel is in, in order not to give Jewish land?

Shalom brother Chaim,
thank you very much for answering my question on last week's show. When I wrote "most American Jews" I left out the most important part - I should have written "most American Jews in politics".My apologies for the error and for the length of last week's post. Specifically what I was trying to get across is the phenomenon of anti-Serbian Jews like Joe Lieberman, the late Tom Lantos, Richard Holbrooke, Benjamin Gilman, Eliot Engel and many others who sided with the Albanian and Bosnian muslim Nazis as well as the Croatian Nazis known as the Ustasha beginning in the early 90's and continuing to this very day .
I remember a debate on Canadian website Israpundit between several pro-Serbian Jews and the editor, Ted Belman. Mr. Belman's position was that the above American Jewish politicians should not be condemned for their anti-Serbian hatred and policies because they simply "were not aware" that the muslim Albanians, Bosnians and Croats were really the bad guys and had perpetrated a horrific Holocaust against Serbs and Jews in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo during World War 2 or that such history was somehow irrelevant because these Jewish politicians were simply "duped" by the media.
Mr. Belman also defended his position by comparing it to the support that many prominent American Jews in politics gave in favor of the Oslo Accords, stating that these Jews "had no idea" what the muslim Nazi Arabs were really like and what they would do to Israeli Jews later on by dishonoring the so-called "peace agreement". Ipso facto, you can't blame American Jewish politicians for siding with the muslim Albanians, Bosnians and Ustasha Nazi Croatians against the Serbs.
Do you honestly believe that these American Jewish politicians "had no idea" who these Nazi animals really are - as Mr. Belman was saying in their defense - and how can anyone who is pro-Israel support the Albanian, Bosnian and Croatian Nazi beasts considering the Holocaust they perpetrated against the Jews and Serbs - a Holocaust which they either deny or proudly glorify to this day?

Dear Chaim
Last week you disagreed with my casual use of the term Palestinians. Certainly your argument that it is a contrived nationalism that conveniently came into being only for the purpose of killing Jews is correct. However, in thinking more about it, I am convinced we should use the term.
Certainly there are now a group of people who identify themselves as Palestinians and I don't think acknowledging that fact concedes that they are entitled to rule Eretz Yisrael. There are ethnic groups all over the world that do not have their own nation. In fact I think the sociology of Palestinians is a case study in negative culture. The problem with Palestinians is that they have no purpose in life other than to kill Jews. Even the Nazis were more balanced in that they had an existing German culture on which they were based.
Palestinians are perpetual self identified victims. They have built a sick culture of death. While Jews make advances in medicine, computer technology and other positive aspects, what have the Palestinians built. Their only contributions to mankind are suicide bombers and honor killings. Perhaps this is the result of a culture that is built totally on hatred and self defined victimization.
Sometimes when I read the angry and difficult stories of the Gush Katif refugees an uneasy alarm goes off in my head. After almost 4 years many have not been permanently resettled. They often insist on living together with their old community. My old cousing who was in concentration camps during the holocaust was resettled in the USA in less than 4 years. How many refugees did Israel resettle during its founding? The Gush Katif refugees have complained of their kids turning to drugs and other poor behaviors as a result of their situation. Certainly these people were screwed by an evil government but I believe as Jews they have an obligation to rebuild their lives in a positive manner and provide a good future for their children. I am concerned they are following the path of the Palestinians of finding reasons to be permanent victims.
In summary I believe we should encourage the use of the term Palestinian as a definition of a deranged society that has not earned any nation let alone ours which by the way is ours and not for anyone else.

Hi Chaim, how do you think the current situation in Gaza will affect the outcome of the upcoming Israeli election? Thanks so much Chaim.
