Is Chaim single? I assumed that he was married.

No he is single and looking for an ISRAELI wife. She can't be an American Jew.

I figured I would move this topic here for more traffic, this is a very important subject.

Chaim has said that he is too busy to be looking for a wife, which I'm sure is true. If he is too busy to even find a wife, how can he possibly devote the necessary time to her and to make a good marriage? If someone found him a woman and he couldn't spend any time with her, she wouldn't be happy and neither would he.

That makes sense, but at the same time - Chaim said he wants a young wife, under 30. Chaim is 52, how many young women in their late twenties want a husband 20 + years older than her? Not to say there's no chance, but if he doesn't want to make life too difficult, he should start looking sooner than later.

I don't know all the details, but I do know that Chaim has sacrificed a great deal for this movement. He's mentioned how he could have gone to law school and avoided prison, etc. I think finding a wife is another example of him puting his personal desires aside, to concentrate on the movement. He may decide at some point that he should look after his personal needs, which is certainly understandable. He is certainly deserving of some personal happiness. There is a conflict here, I think. But only he can decide when it is time.
When he wants to find a wife, he'll certainly be able to do it. So I don't think the problem is finding a wife, rather it is making the decision to change his focus from the movement to raising a family. Personally, I would very much like to see him devote some attention to himself. He is certainly deserving of personal happiness.

oh no, that's a painful reminder that there are only 20 years between 30 and 50..

The reason why I mention this to begin with is because I remember him saying in an Ask JTF (I forgot who asked) that if somebody found a potential Israeli woman to marry, he would want to be notified.

This is extremely important. Someone find a young single Israeli woman who understands the importance of sacrifice for her country and she will be drawn to Chiam and we may have a love connection. Chiam is a modern Jewish hero.
There must be a woman in Judea or Samaria who will be interested. Doesn't the movement know anyone there in Israel who can help?

Really?? That's great! But she's American, I remember him saying specifically that he can only look for an Israeli woman. Unless maybe he meant Israeli citizenship.. does she have dual citizenship?

No not suppose to be, but he did say in an Ask JTF if anybody has a potential Israeli woman for him, he would want to know. There is no obligation to search of course, just thought I'd throw it out there for the sake of the movement!

I wish I knew someone for Chaim. It would be such a wonderful thing to help someone who has sacrificed so much. If something crosses my path, I will surely let Chaim know.

Same here. I wish I knew of one too. But I don't know anyone in Israel. Chaim should make a DVD video presentation of himself for mass production that can be distributed throughout Israel.

I know i'm bumping an old thread i happened to find but I would like to add...
that someone with the mentality and ideology of Chaim ben pesach such a great dedicated loyal person
should have kids of his own so his heroic legacy as jdl chairman lives on and his offsprings follow his exact same path.

Someone should introduce him to Tzipi Hotobeli. She is religious, nationalistic, young, beautiful and single.

I wish chaim the best to find a woman. It's important to have someone on his side. Specially a woman. That's why God created us. To build a family. Who knows, maybe Chaim will be a father in a few years. I wish him the best!
