Now imagine if President Mcaine's advisor announces that we need to limit jobs to 'black' workers.

‘White Male Construction Workers’ ...here we are with a "black" (somewhat black) man in the highest office and they still pull this crap.

I'll offer this comment, and you can draw your own conclusions about how to manage racial set-asides:  What's the name of the Democrats' token Hispanic presidential candidate and recycled Cabinet officer?  Gonzalez?  Rodriguez?  Martinez?  etc, etc, etc .....

Try Bill Richardson.

This is the lowest level.

Reich looks very white, he is also privileged and a high professional, so I make the suggestion that he should vacate his post and give it either

1. To a women

2. To a black male

3. To a hispanic

This would be fully coherent.

But of cause he will cause lots of anti-semitism. There are employed like we all know only a little miniority of Jews as construction workers.

Generally Jews choose other professions.

And he is a lier, of cause he hates white Christians and I am shure he hates religious Jews too. I feel, the USA will change completely. It was a terrible choice to elect Obama - now the USA have to live with it.
