The German Jewish site Hagalil.com has it too.

It is a special tool, that shows live, who is online on your website and what he is looking in the moment.

It showes the town of the visitor as well his country.

I find it interesting, but I am not shure that it will bring more traffic.

No i don't think it will bring more traffic but it's intersting
