Don't expect anyone good.
The replacement will be another incompetent fool, who idolizes Obama.
That's the prerequisite.

Hopefully someone who isn't licking Saudi rearend like Chas Freakman did. It is just stupendous {I mean stupid} that they even considered a vile pig like this character. Now we must make sure he doesn't suggest an even bigger idolworshipper than Freakman.

Pretty freeking sad.  He's not going to be the head of the National Intelligence Council.  Why?  Because he turned it down!  Had he not turned it down, he would be in this position.  Obama is trying to surrender the country to the muslims, and the only thing apparently that is standing in his way is that other evil people can't be bothered to help him.  We can't rely on other evil people not taking advantage of such positions.
