Well, I can't say that I am surprised by this.

The thing that I found interesting about the story is that Obama had won political positions in Chicago; due to him exposing legal technicalities (not votes) about his opponents.

So, the part that interests me is that he won on legal technicalities, where as, his campaign for President is full of legal technicalities that would disqualify him for the position.

Basically, Obama found loopholes to discredit his opponents in Chicago.

The issue/question here is why hasn't anybody done the same to him in his bid for President?
