Title: Break in while I wasn't home/recommend a camera system

Well, I've got a second house on the beach and looks like there's been some evidence someone tried to break in and smash the electronic keypad. I'm looking into setting up a wireless camera system and cameras all around the house, that way I can check it remotely. Anyone have recommendations on cameras or systems? Thank god I don't keep my guns at that house.

I was checking out security systems somewhere online and now they have security systems that will send a message to your cellphone if someone is breaking into your house...

My grandfather is getting them installed. But he is getting very expensive ones because it has to monitor akers of distance due to his living on the water. It depends on what kind of property you own.

There seem to be alot of companies popping up,  I would do alot of searching and checking.

I use net cameras.  The 802.11x type.
