Title: Human Rights Groups try to manipulate and cause Israel to feel guilty

"The Israeli government argues it must be cautious with infiltrators from Sudan, a country listed by the U.S. as a sponsor of terrorism and suspected of being a base for Al Qaeda and Palestinian militant groups."

Israel has its own problems to deal with.  It's not Israels fault that the UN (that includes countries that support terrorism) is a failure.
