Chaim I heard (on ask JTF) your story about being ripped off by the moving company. Since you paid by credit card, all is not lost. You can call the credit card company and dispute the charge saying you paid it under duress of having your belongings confiscated. I work for a company that accepts credit cards for services and in this kind of dispute the credit card companies tend to favor the customer over the merchant. Good luck.

By the way, when I download Ask JTF I often only get a portion of the broadcast not the whole thing. It downloads onto I tunes. Could you or Shlomo tell me why this happens and if there is anything I can do about it?

JTF wasn't the only organization/ person that was ripped off by A.D.S Moving and Storage. This hideous company ignored a court order to pay a judgment:

A number of other people also had a very bad experience with A.D.S. Moving and Storage:

I always find it fun to read ripoff report.

Chad, being that you are in Georgia, have you ever heard anything about this company prior to yesterday's Ask JTF program?
-
Yet another person also got ripped off by A.D.S:

I tried to dispute the charges. The credit card companies almost always side with the merchant over the customer when the merchant insists upon receiving the payment. The two thieving companies in this case (ADS and the "broker" Budget Van Lines) insisted upon receiving payment. So the credit card company rejected my dispute.
Please don't forget that there is a second thieving company in this case: Budget Van Lines, the "broker" that promised us a certain total price.

Chaim, the following is from a person who had a very bad experience with Budget Van Lines:

The following also has complaints against Budget Van Lines. Because the document is very long, its probably best to go to Edit, then Find, putting in the words Budget Van Lines. The company name will appear twice:

This site has a reply from the first Budget Van Lines complaint that I posted. Yet another complaint about this company:

This is also worth checking out. It's evident that JTF is one of many organizations/ people which had a horrible experience with Budget Van Lines:
