Barack's recent actions seem to indicate that this is overall strategy for the Obama administration.

I am sure some people wont. Manning is NOT a 'prophet' and there has been specualtion about that here. He is an American Pastor that is the only righteous pastor (also Keyes) that PROVE the exception to the rule.
