On ASK JTF you said you would like to help. Can you perhaps create some youtube videos like the Islam or 9/11 one? I'm sure Chaim would help.

I am positive I could. I think some things necessary would be stock footage, and then of course if you were really making some kind of a documentary you'd have to have the funds to be able to go around and interview necessary people and that sort of thing. Then, you'd have to have a really well thought out plan on what it is you'd like the documentary to really be about as well.

Wow ...I'd love to see what Dawntreader could come up with...if he was able to devote some time to a project

I have a still photogaphy background and was planning on photographing and videotaping the illegal immigration rallies that are coming up. IF I get some good footage...I'll see if it can be used by someone in this forum. I can shoot...but I can't edit. I am horrible with Photoshop and Premiere

Din, your problem is your using premiere, switch to Final Cut Pro its much better.

I'm sure you're right about final pro

But, editing is a skill and a talent all to itself...I'm just a dumb guy with a camera. But I can shoot anything...I can light anything...I've been doing it for 14 years.

Actually, I believe doing some 30 second commercial spots would actually be better than doing some documentaries. These can be placed on YouTUBE etc. AND they can be placed on either network or Cable TV channels in markets with heavy Jewish populations here in the States.

These 30 second commercial clips could promote North American Aliyah as well as a host of other issues and/or projects, but most importantly they can be used as fund raising mechanisms for the JTF, just as any other commercial product is marketed.

I can put together the commercials, no sweat. But the stock footage would be very helpful. (Provided it's good quality.) Also, I would need to research how much it would be to get the commercials up in different markets for different time slots.

Of course...the YouTUBE stuff and other online channels are going to be easier and either cheap or free. So....

I think I will also contact Arutz Sheva and see if they have any stock footage of the Expulsion from Gaza...I've got an idea.
