Title: German prosecutor allows anti-Semitism because of the free speech

A Bochum prosecutor has ordered stay of criminal charges brought against Jamal Karsli, the ex-Syrian and former Member of the Parliament of Northrhine-Westphalia. The prosecutor, Ms. Sabine Wenzel, argued that the behavior of Mr Karsli was allowed because of the Article 5I GG of the German Constitution which ensures the free speech.

Interesting, isn't it?
When it's convenient for them they invoke the "free speech" card to protect and/or cover up their actions.
But, when someone else lashes out against Islam, they immediately call for the death of that person and/or declare jihad.

The restrictions on freedom of speech in Germany are insane and are wrong

A guy like pat buchunan would receive 1-2 years in jail in germany for just one of his many controversial comments , being anti-muslim can get you in jail for years in germany


IF jtf was a german site and the leaders of jtf were in germany they would get a long jail time for "hate speec"h against blacks because of jtf stand against affirmative action and obama and for attacking muslims.

The typical two measures in Germany:

German anti-smite goes to prison.
Christian anti-semite goes to prison.
Quranimal anti-smite is protected by free speech.
German islam-critic goes to prison or pays a high amount of money as punishment.
A Catholic cleric criticizes Islam: He is called a Nazi and religious fanatic and being bashed by the media.
A Jew (as Ralph Giordano) saying there is no space for megamosques in Europe and he opposes the "human penguins" (women with burka) and who constantly criticizes Islam is called a racist Jew who hates Muslims.

Got it? Islam rules more in Germany than you may obviously see!  >:(
