That should be great for tourism. They are boating, fishing and having fun in the sun. Surreal.

I could not believe this story when I saw it the other day! No police surveillance, only have to check in with them every 2 weeks. In a year they'll be granted citizenship so they can apply for passports and go ANYWHERE they damn well please!  >:(
