Title: Nuclear Power

"60 Minutes" did a segment tonight on how France relies primarily on nuclear power and doesn't import any oil. 

Someone who was interviewed advocated for all countries to use nuclear power because it doesn't emit any greenhouse gases.  However, doesn't nuclear power have "dual uses"--nuclear bombs?  Does this mean France is on Iran's side to allow it to have a nuclear bomb?

The Fwench only bother with nuclear power only because they lost (actually surrendered in a cowardly manner to Arab/Berber Muslim Nazis) oil- and gas-rich Algeria.
