The officer with the tazer was a little slow on the draw there, but it was an effective outcome.  They said this baboon has a long rap sheet with a history of court room outbursts, unsurprisingly.

How about instead of a cell, he's sentenced to a life term to be served in a grass hut in Liberia with no chance for appeal.
