Chaim has always said that this would be the best thing to happen to america, one way tickets for blacks ect.

and it is actually happening, I find this hard to believe

I was just about to post about this MS90!  This is great for the tax payers of NYC.  I wonder if Bloombergs people's took Chaim's idea and modified it? It clearly works.  Tax payer no longer has to pay to support these people and the people end up in a lower cost of living area where some of them may actually be able to get places to live and earn livings. The ones who leave the USA are the best because American tax payers no longer have to care for them.

I would gladly pay for their tickets back to Africa, and even towards the largest most luxurious dung-hut in the village.

I don't think the same condition Chaim proposed were put in effect though

"not allowed to come back even for a visit if you do you will be shot on site" :::D

they will take the money get high then come right back.
