That's what CJD and Bullcat are doing. Only Global moderators and admins can give ban.

Yes, I could not stop removing this animals posts myself because he was posting them so fast and any headway I was making would be lost. Anyway the posts are gone and hopefully the animal that was posting them is gone also.
