This Italian singer had an amazing, one of a kind voice.   I never knew he had a voice like this, or sang songs like this.  I Just came across it. 

A voice from heaven above.  He's sings right up there, with the best of them!

He sang this song live at Domino's Restaurant, in Cortland NY, on 2/24/1963
