Title: A question about Chaim.
Post by: NRAJ on October 04, 2009, 07:27:12 PM
Chaim seems like he's very fit,I was wondering if he had ever talked about his eating habits(besides the fact that he keeps Kosher). If he hasn't I will submit it as a question for next weeks ask JTF.Thank you.

Chaim talks about what he likes to eat and not eat quite often. He is very careful about what he eats.

You can ask him a question about that.

I noticed that Chaim's wikipedia entry mentions the food he likes to eat. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Vancier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Vancier)

On the old version of the JTF website, Chaim wrote that he doesn't eat red meat.  He eats skinless chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables, no salt or sugar, and no dairy.

He eats fish and a 3 salads a day. He also likes some foods popular with Sefardic Jews like eggplant dishes and hummus.

I think he said on one of his programs that he would like to be able to study to be a Rabbi but he doesn't have time for it right now, but there have been some in his family.

Maybe you can ask him on Ask JTF what kind of fish he eats and if he makes his own soup.

Very bland, but very good and clean for your body.
I could do what he does, all bland, once in a while.
So, once in a while, I'll eat a whole iceberg lettuce with nothing on it - right at the kitchen sink.

My diet is a typical bodybuilding diet (modified for a teenager) where you eat clean foods (no junk) but they are high in calories, protein, and fiber. I cheat sometimes with soda. I love coke! (not the drug) :::D

Check out Muscle Gauge's Whey Protein Isolate if you're gonna go low-calorie and bland. You will need some protein in your diet (although fish has a lot of protein).

Chaim looks very fit and looks as though he exercises and maintains a healthy lifestyle. I wonder if he eats any meat, such as Beef, chicken, or fish.    Personally I have been loading up on more veggies for a leaner body.
