A "truthtard" is someone who believes 9/11 was an inside job for all sorts of idiotic reasons including but not limited to because larry silverstein said "pull it," Bush desires oil, dylan avery made a poorly-crafted deceptive movie about it, "unanswered questions" that have already been answered, free-fall speed (a lie) and other untrue stupidity.

They are called a "truthtard" because "9/11 truth movement" is the group of people who believe in 'inside job' fairy tales. Some people call them "truthers," or "twoofers" or my personal favorite "truthtards"
