Title: Four Soldiers Demoted, Fined for Abusing Arab Prisoners

(IsraelNN.com) Four soldiers from the Kfir Brigade were demoted Sunday for abusing 13 Arab prisoners about three years ago.

The military court in Yafo (Jaffa) also fined each soldier 1,800 shekels (about $470).
