I had a very dear friend die of lung cancer this year, he was only 42 years old, he seemed completely healthy when he visited me in NY in March, 5 months later at the end of August, he died of lung cancer, it hit so fast none of us could believe it. DO NOT SMOKE! It's suicide!

Smoking is, IMO, the worst vice one can have outside of hard drugs. Nevermind, forget that -- tobacco IS a hard drug. My grandmother died of lung cancer from putting that poison into her body. I fully encourage anyone who still smokes, no matter how much you do it, to quit for your health and the well-being of your family.

If anyone is having problems quitting, shoot me a PM and I will do my best to help. I can not help you if you won't help yourself, though. You genuinely have to WANT to quit. There are so many folks who say that they'd like to quit, but they don't really mean it; cigarettes have that person wrapped around their cancerous, nicotine stained little finger.
