That's the reason I'm not on the forum that much during the past 2 days.
-
Really sorry to hear that. I will pray for your speedy recovery.
-
Terrible news you have the flu. I'll say a prayer for you tonight and every night until you get better.
-
Chaim I hope you will have a complete and full recovery soon. Please rest as much as possible!
-
May G-d send you refuah shlemah soon!
-
ginger tea always helps me when I'm feeling nauseated.
-
Maybe instead of doing ask JTF tonight you should rest. I know I wouldn't mind if you done that, the number one thing for you should be taking care of yourself.
-
Chaim, please rest and get well soon.

רפואה שלמה חיים, תהיה בריא במהרה.

Shalom Chaim,
We never talked before, but I have read your articles and seen your videos. Please I pray to Hashem that you make full and quick recovery. Consider taking Olive Leaf (Oleuropein) and Oregano Oil to help combat the flu virus. Also, drink lots and lots of filtered water, not tap water. THese are two ancient remedies used by the Israelites to ward off malaria, colds and other viruses and were very effective.
Take care of yourself.

Ugh flu, Chaim get as much rest and liquids as possible. My grandmother had medicine remedy that worked better then anything that came off the counter. It smelled horrible but it helped a lot. Are you ready for Grandma Wolfie's remedy?
Chop a whole onion in a bowl
1 cup of water
and yes I know you do not like sugar 3 tea spoons of it inside the bowl
(It is a horrible concoction, but it is a powerhouse of a healer!) Try that brother.. It is nasty but it is a true healer.

Refuah Shlema for you Chaim...
This year it seems the flu is striking early... A friend of mine was offline for 3 days this week...
-
I pray that you get well soon....

Hope you feel better soon!

Get some rest and don't worry about the forum. The main thing is to get well soon.
-
Hope you get better real soon, Chaim.

I don't think anyone would mind if Ask JTF was put off for a week.
-
Yup, welcome to flu season. Refuah sheleimah. If you need somebody to do ask JTF, I'll be glad to be of service :::D :::D :::D :::D :::D

Gets some rest man. I know you'll be better soon!
-
A Refuah Shelama maybe you need to see a Dr

I hope Chaim can get some Tami-Flu. It seems to help relieve the symptoms for many people. Also make sure you stay hydrated and get lots of rest. People who are healthier and have healthy immune systems fight this off much better than those who are in poor health, or suffer from diabetes, or other diseases.
Believe it or not, Hot chicken soup and Green tea are good comforters. Green tea is an antioxidant and will help to flush the virus out of your system.
God speed to Chaim.
-
A refuah sheleima, Chaim.
-
Chaim, If your temp goes over 102, you should call the doctor. Usually the nausea symptoms should pass in a few days, but don't take chances, you don't want to get dehydrated.

It is important to keep the belly warm. Drink lots of hot water, herbal tea and water with a bit of salt in the morning, take hot baths etc.
-
Get as much rest as you can and drink a lot of juice.
