What are the ranks of a JTFer?  8)

The ranks are based mostly on the number of posts and their quality. 

Honorable winged members are often people who help promote JTF by making YouTube videos or doing other things to help us. 

Moderators are responsible for specific sections.  They can lock and move threads, and delete them as well.  Global moderators can do the same thing as moderators, but they can also ban people.  Administrators can do all the above, as well as approving new members and much more.

As far as I know it's newjtfer, senior, pro, master, ultimate in that order.
