President Obama’s first year should concern all Americans. Whether liberal or conservative, our president has demonstrated through policy and attitude that he is what many of said he was, a radical leftist.
Foreign Policy/National Security:
Our commander in chief began with an apology tour replete with historical errors, statements demonstrating cultural ignorance, and an absolute failure to draw distinction between good and evil. Since then, he has bailed on our allies in the Czech Republic and Poland while cozying up to Russia. With Afghanistan, he delivered the troops (or portion of) but set a timeline for withdrawal for our troops. He has been slow to embrace the democratic movement in Iran which is one of last, best options to deal with the nuclear arming regime. He has closed GITMO and is trying KSM and other confessed terrorists in a federal court…I could go on but you get the idea.
Culturally:
President Obama has supported/enacted policies and signed legislation that undermines both life (Mexico city), marriage and speech (Hate Crimes). His DOJ failed to prosecute people who have engaged in racial intimidation at the voting booth (Black Panther case). Those who have had the audacity to question have been met with hostility (Tea Partiers/Townhallers), and multiple attempts to shut them out (Fox News) or worse, fired (Inspector General Gerald Walpin).
Economically:
The President has advanced policies that empower government, ignore history and limit freedom. From cap and trade top to health care reform, or controlling the means of production (energy), to nationalizing the healthcare system; our President has embraced socialist agenda. Couple all of this with the latest attack on investment firms/banks and the fact that he demonstrates a complete misunderstanding (or ignorance) of basic economics, things will seemingly only get worse if he continues with this agenda.
Now, you may support our President’s agenda, but if you truly believe that it is good for America, please explain why; give examples. If not, then you realize why all Americans should be concerned.

Obama along with Acorn forced banks to give loans to people who couldn't afford homes which partly caused the housing crisis.

I understand if someone is republican and hates the social democratic ideology, but the lengths you are going to bash a black president is beyond reasonable.

He is not BASHING a black president, only speaking the truth. yes, he inherited a mess from Bush, but WHY make it worse? This is Chicago politics, even a blind person can see this. He's had 2 years in there and it NO LONGER Bush's mess, it IS his. I'm tired of the excuses and blaming and want ACTION. Socialism will NOT fix this mess but make it worse. Obama is not the only one to blame for the housing mess. Barney Frank and the rest of those idiots need to be held responsible too!

Barack Hussein Obama's race ( BTW he's half black for what it's worth ) isn't going to get him off the hook. He's both incompetent and evil. A lethal combination since he still has most of the media on his side. Thankfully, the majority of voters even in the heavily liberal blue states of New Jersey and Massachusetts have sent a strong message against BHO and the Democrat Controlled Congress.

arksis, I completely agree that Socialism will only make the U.S. economic situation worse. Liberalism caused the vast majority of the economic problems to begin with. It goes back to even the days of FDR but more recently with Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
