So is the ask JTF recorded on Sunday not posted until the next Wednesday?  If someone could please tell me how this works...

It is usually posted on Sunday nights. There will be a thread providing a link to it. However, when the programs are really long, as they have been for months now, there is a chance that they won't be made available until mid-day Monday.
