Un-F'ing believable. If a white man did this to a cucaracha whore, we wouldn't hear the end of it and the guy'd be looking at life without parole or worse.

Tucson man gets 5 years for crash that killed young mother

A 22-year-old Tucson man was sentenced to five years in prison Monday for killing the young mother of an 8-month-old baby in a wreck on the city's southeast side.
According to court documents, Sarah Lynn, 22, was stopped at a stop sign on South Queen Palm Drive on May 22, 2008, when the driver behind her honked for to make her turn onto East Escalante Road. Lynn turned in front of Joshua D. Ruiz, who was traveling nearly 72 miles an hour in a 35-mile per hour zone.
Ruiz slammed on his brakes, but was still traveling 56 mph when he hit Lynn's car, which was traveling 14 miles an hour, court documents indicate.
Lynn died three hours after the crash; her passenger suffered a lacerated liver and collapsed lung, but survived. Ruiz and his passenger were uninjured.
Blood tests showed Ruiz had marijuana in his system. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and driving under the influence of drugs.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Jane Eikleberry could have sentenced Ruiz to as few as three years and to as many as 12 1/2 years.

That's really horrible. At least we know that even if he doesn't get enough punishment in this world that he will in the next.

if a white guy had done it he would have gotten 3 to 12.5 years as the article says. You don't get life for manslaughter.
