If you love Hawii, and want to move there, go ahead.  Or you want to take a trip there, have fun!

For me, I would not want to have to deal with this situation on a well deserved vacation.

   Without the US, Hawaii would be another third world hell hole. The only real US interest in the Hawaiian Islands is for the military bases.
