Maybe you know it already, but in genesis chapter 1,21 (on the fifth day) appears the term התנינים הגדולים "Hataninim Hagdolim" which literally means "the great crocodiles". I think the KJV bible translates the term to "Dragons", and in fact there is a midrash that links those Taninim to the Pair of sea monsters "Leviathan nachash bariach" and "Leviathan akalton" mentioned in Isaiah 27,1. :
כ"ז, א: "בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יִפְקֹד ה' בְּחַרְבּוֹ הַקָּשָׁה וְהַגְּדוֹלָה וְהַחֲזָקָה, עַל לִוְיָתָן נָחָשׁ בָּרִחַ, וְעַל לִוְיָתָן, נָחָשׁ עֲקַלָּתוֹן; וְהָרַג אֶת-הַתַּנִּין, אֲשֶׁר בַּיָּם".
