He was accidentally killed by his when he was 43

Now that's a name from the past that I never thought I would see here on our forum... Our forum does cover a wide scope of issues... Felix Pappalardi's grandparents were neighbors of ours... I don't actually remember him because he was somewhat older and I was just a kid when his family resided here... He met with a bad ending... He was shot by his wife although it was never quite clear what the motivation was. His grandfather loved music (opera) and he may have got his interest in music from him.

Actually in this recording he sounds even better he was also a great bass player

Wasn't Pappalardi shot dead by his live-in girlfriend while taking a bath in his NY City apartment house?

He was a very talented individual.

yes i think it was his wife she claimed it was accident she got off.
