This thing with Cuomo is an enigma.  I remember back to when his father was governor.  So called Republicans who supported Reagan also supported Mario Cuomo.  The reason they gave for this was "he's good".  Now his son is "the guy you're supposed to vote for" for no other reason other than his name is Cuomo.  I can see ultra leftist voting for him but you have people who consider themselves Republicans voting for him as well.

Also another question here is Mario Cuomo was very against the death penalty.  Is Andrew Cuomo against it as well?  This question should have come up before the election.
