My suggestion would be a way to harness hydrogen molecules from water and fusing the hydrogen together to create energy without putting much into it...If that is possible 15 square miles of water is all we will need to be equal to the world's oil supply.

The problem with hydrogen is that it takes more energy to convert water into hydrogen than you get from the hydrogen.  So unless you have a plentiful supply of electricity which is usually produced from coal, natural gas, or nuclear you lose ground not gain ground.
