Did you know that President Barak Hussein Obama personally called up the Philadelphia Eagles a few weeks ago to commend them on giving Vick a "second chance" in the NFL?

I hope they don't adopt those dogs out to people with small children, but they did say they had really strong guidelines for who gets them, so I guess that's good. As long as they're not a serious bite risk.
