Really interesting ideas.  Could be the start of something big.

Wow i didn't know that China has already advanced to the point of wasting money on crazy ideas that just can't work.

Here are some points to consider:

1. Bus is top heavy, with tiny wills, and drives extremely close to the traffic. The likelihood of accidents with passing cars is very high, and the likelihood of accidents involving the bus rolling over its side during turns seems high.

2. It definitely slows traffic considerably, even when it manages not to crush cars beneath it.

3. It's awkward frame and demanding task of howling passenger over heavy traffic makes it much more expensive then BRT.

4. Passengers cannot safely and efficiently exit through the ceiling ladder especially if the high voltage electricity is fed through the roof. Emergency exit is a challenge with added costs compared to simple street lever BRT.

5. It is slow and crosses traffic circles even slower, creating traffic jams.

6. Cars stuck underneath the behemoth cannot change lanes and cannot turn. The behemoth already takes two lanes so additional lanes must be paved to allow for right and left turns before traffic squares.
