Last night I woke at about 2:00 AM with some fever and a stomach cold.
I feel much better today, baruch Hashem, but I am still recuperating. So I would prefer to do the program after a good night's sleep.
G-d willing, I plan to do the program first thing in the morning.
My apologies for the delay.

Hope you feel better soon!! I know what it's like to have a fever.

It's all the cheese and meat your father's ancestors ate in northern Europe! lol
I think orange juice is good during these times, even gatorade.
Hope you feel better.
Shalom!

you can try Sambucus (elder or elderberry) tea, research shows it cuts down the days of the flu in half.
i was actually learning that a few days ago, just when my own personal flu was thru.i can't wait to have a good flu again to test it.
