Good News!
Now maybe Shimon Peresite will be stopped.
Arab Parties Might Not Vote for President
(IsraelNN.com) MKs from the Balad and Hadash parties, which are both primarily Arab, are considering abstaining from the presidential elections in the Knesset on Wednesday. The two parties have a total of six MKs.
Political analysts said Monday that a decision by Balad and Hadash not to vote would hurt the chances of Kadima candidate Shimon Peres. Peres is facing off against Reuven Rivlin of Likud and Colette Avital of Labor.

What is Reuven Rivlin like? I am assuming like Netanyahoo...

Kadimah was going to support Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, The Former Ashkenazic Chief Rabbi of Israel but he decided not to run. It would have been good to have a rabbi for President.
It is hard to believe that any rabbi Kadima would support would be a decent individual. But I do not know this rabbi.

Rabbi Lau is a righteous man, but largely stays out of politics, Kadima was going to support him to make themselves look good, to have the people see that a respected rabbi associates with Kadima.
