Title: how do you split videos into parts?

good freeware?
good payware?

I notice one of chaim's videos is split (one has to on youtube if vid is too long)

If you have the file, just go into windows movie maker and cut it wherever you want the split to be.  Then make the first video with the first part, and the second video with the second part.
