What kind of monster would stuff his own kid in the oven? (Rhetorical question)

I'm glad the boy at least survived. I hope his hands aren't permanently messed up from being burned so badly and that he'll be able to get the kind of counseling he needs to be able to function as an adult one day without these horrible things that were done to him messing him up emotionally.
