Recently, I have had a lot of discussions with my Russian Jewish friends, who are mostly very secular, where I was trying to explain to them that their way of life is what causing them so many troubles in their personal life, and suggested that they turn to Torah for help.
Some of them did respond positively with the question: “Where would I learn it?”
Other than finding sources online, I could not suggest even one physical place in Brooklyn or other boroughs of NYC where they have Torah classes for non-observant Jews.
Maybe you would suggest something?
