On the surface, www.bantransfats.com appears to be providing a much-needed public educational surface. However, a quick look reveals that it's just as big a part of the politically-correct megabucks Health Establishment as the AHA and all the others.
5. Keep saturated fat intake low too. This is very important.
That is a bald-faced lie which has killed millions of people. The truth is that the diets that are highest in saturated fats such as whole milk, coconut oil, butter, fatty fish, unprocessed meats, and blubber have the lowest rates of cardiovascular disease and always have.

There really needs to be a JTF of nutrition. So far, there isn't really an equivalent organization. :'(
