I envy people that truly know how to tell their brain to shut up and stop over thinking everything.

The only way i can stop myself thinking is to do something mindless or simply watch t.v.

the best way is to be immersed in deep prayer where you either feel nullified (which happens sometimes), or where you do get to think but its the good type of thinking being completly focused and centered.

Certainly the most important thoughts we have are acheived through prayer.

Most thoughts, I feel, are unnecessary.

I always wonder what ignorant people are thinking but then i think, maybe i'm ignorant for thinking that.....and so it goes on. VERY unnecessary.
