That's Afrikaans. My native language, it's what most Afrikaaners/Boers speak.
The language is a combination of Germna, dutch and french. ;)

It's about Boers in Austraila

Welcome to the forum !
Can you give me(us) a background to what the first video is about?
It looks promising and I'll definitely check out you other videos !

It's about Boers in Austraila
Thanks.
FYI for those that don't know (like me until I looked it up) Boers are Dutch settlers in South Africa, also known as Afrikaners. The Boers were repeatedly driven further inland by British settlers; the British finally defeated them in the Boer War of 1899–1902. Boer is Dutch for “farmer.”
-
Yes but these Boers moved to Australia
-
well, it's basically just about a few Boer families living in the same city, coming together, asnd having traditional food.
I have however, added politics into it. Adding the Boer flag, and at the end, suggesting that the viwer visit African Crisis, and JTF

Interesting.
Is dutch the same as deutschland?
-
I'm pretty sure I'm right but double check:
Dutch is the language that they speak in Netherlands (Holland).
Deutschland is the German name for Germany.

Thanks.

The Boers are the Afrikaners that participated in the Great Trek, and have eventually developed an identity separate from them.

That's right Yisrael, Dutch is the language that they speak in the Netherlands. Dutch can also meen the Nether people itself.
South Africa was settled by Dutch-however, the majority of the first settlers, were actually Germans, French and Dutch-in that order is the highest numbers of each nationality.
When the settlers settled the Cape, they all sopke Dutch. However, as time went by, German, French and Dutch was thrown in the same pot, to create a new language-Afrikaans.

Thanks.
Well, I did a quick search on google for deutschland and I also found der furher.
