I don't think Israel would bomb the Aswan Dam even if they were being invaded by Egypt, and Jews were being slaughtered in the streets of Israel(God Forbid). But you never know for sure.

If Israel’s existence were threatened by an Egyptian invasion, drastic measures would be brought into play, The Aswan Dam holds back the enormous Lake Nasser, 340 miles long and 22 miles wide at its widest. If the dam were breached by a nuclear blast, radioactive waters would cover Egypt from one end to the other.

I think it will be not necessary. Egypts army is a joke.
But if they cancel the peace treaty openly, the Sinai should be annexed.
